At Vantage, we offer Joint Accounts for traders who wish to collaborate and share their trading experience.
Here is what you need to apply for a Joint Account.
- Individual Live Accounts: Both parties interested in opening a Joint Account should each have their individual live trading accounts registered separately with Vantage.
- New Email Address: To create a Joint Account, you will need to provide us with a new email address that is not already registered in our database. This unique email address will be linked to your Joint Account.
Next, reach out to our support team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Joint Account Application”. In this email, include the following details:
- The new, unique email address you wish to apply for a Joint Account with
- The username of both parties’ live accounts
- Proof of identity (e.g., passport, driver’s license, or other government-issued ID)
- Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or similar documents)
Our team will review your application and documentation promptly. Typically, the processing time for a Joint Account application is within 1 day. This may vary based on the completeness of the submitted documents.
Once your Joint Account is successfully created, you will receive confirmation via email. This email will include login details for accessing your Joint Account.
