My referee has completed the deposit and trade requirements. Why have I (referrer) not received my bonus?
Common reasons for not receiving bonus after completing requirements:
- Referee is referred by a CPA Affiliate or Introducing Broker
- You or your referee has been blacklisted from promotion
- You have reached your auto redemption limit (refer to Question 4)
- The vouchers have expired - vouchers must be redeemed within 30 days from the issued date
