What should I do, if I have accidentally withdrawn from a card that was linked to a permanently closed bank account?
Please contact your bank regarding this issue as we can not reverse an already processed card withdrawal.
Note that it may take 3-5 business days for the bank/system to complete the transaction.
If your bank claims that the fund has been returned to Vantage, please advise your bank to provide the VROL (Visa Resolve Online) confirmation and send it to support@vantagemarkets.com.
It is important to note that the refund process might take 4-8 weeks.
