Why do I get the message ‘invalid account’?
If you are seeing this message on a Live account, this means you have entered an incorrect login or password. This can also occur if you have selected the wrong server address. Please check your account details and try to login again. Alternatively, you may also try to reset your trading account password.
If you are seeing this message on a Demo account, your 30-day license may have expired. Either move to a Live account or contact us for a non-expiring demo account. You are also able to create an additional demo account free of cost using your secure client portal.
