If you are receiving an ‘authorisation failed’ error message when you log in, it may be due to the following reasons:
1. You are using incorrect password. Please be kindly advised that you have 2 different passwords, one for MT4 and the one is for your client portal. Firstly, please try copying and pasting the password from your ‘Welcome’ email. If you can't find the email or you have changed your password previously but you can't remember the MT4 password, please go to our client portal.
2. The server might be incorrect
Please carefully check the server that was mentioned in Welcome email.
3. You have an old MT4 Build, please make sure your build is up to date. You can find a link to download platform on client portal, under Downloads section.
