I can’t find my server on the server list. How do I add the server while login?
The server information corresponding to your trading account can be located from the login credential email that you receive for your newly created trading account. We suggest you check your inbox or spam folder for the received details.
If you do not have access to the email, you may speak to one of our live chat representatives who can help you provide this information.
However, if you're aware of the server information, but are unable to find the specific one on your platform, we suggest you follow the below steps:
- Click File > Open an account
- Click the scan button and choose the correct Vantage server that was sent to you by email
- Log in to an existing account
- Enter their existing account details and log in.
