Why my deposit still hasn't been processed?
If your funds have been deducted from the source account and the status of your request still appears to be in a processing state, it is possible that the money has not been received in our client's segregated bank account yet.
Under such circumstances, we suggest you send us a receipt for the successful transaction from your source account that shows your full name, the funded amount, and your bank details. You may send the transaction receipt to support@vantagemarkets.com.
