What is the procedure to withdraw funds and close the trading account in the case the trader is a deceased client of Vantage?
We appreciate you reaching us with your concerns in regards to what happens to a client's trading account post their demise.
Once we are made aware of the situation, we request you to email the certificate of death of the client to support@vantagemarkets.com, and provide a bank statement and bank information of the chosen bank account, so that we can send any remaining funds available in the deceased's trading account to one of the following chosen bank accounts:
1. A bank account in the name of the deceased (the client), if it's still available;
2. A bank account in the name of the beneficiary as per the deceased's Will. He/She must provide a copy of the Will;
3. An Estate account of the deceased. A letter or equivalent document from the Executor is required.
