I (referrer) have referred a friend to join Vantage. However, my friend forgot to use the unique referral link when opening an account. Is there anything you can do to help link my friend as my referee?
You may request for a manual link as long as the referee meets these conditions:
- Referee account has not been opened for more than 30 days
- Referee is not already linked to another referrer
- Referee is not referred by a CPA Affiliate or Introducing Broker
If your referee meets these conditions, kindly provide both referrer and referee’s name, email, and account number to our customer support team via chat or emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org or by reaching your account manager. You may be required to show proof of the referral.
