How do I modify my authenticator device when I change my mobile phone?
If you have access to your existing authenticator device and wish to modify or update it, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Client Portal and navigate to the “Verification” tab in the top right corner.
2. Select “Security Management.”
3. Click “Modify” within the “Security Authenticator APP” section.
4. Enter and verify the OTP from your current authenticator device.
5. Scan the QR code with the Authenticator App on your new device.
6. Your Security Authenticator will be successfully updated once the OTP is verified.
If you no longer have access to your existing authenticator device:
