How do I modify my authenticator device when I change my mobile phone?
If you have access to your existing authenticator device and wish to modify or update it, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your client portal and navigate to the “verification” tab in the top right corner.
- Select “security management”.
- Click “modify” within the “security authenticator app” section.
- Enter and verify the OTP from your current authenticator device.
- Scan the QR code with the authenticator app on your new device.
- Your security authenticator will be successfully updated once the OTP is verified.
If you no longer have access to your existing authenticator device:
Contact us at support@vantagemarkets.com to request removal of the existing authenticator device. In your request, provide the following information:
- Full name (as registered on the account)
- Date of birth
- Residential address
Additionally, include a clear photo of yourself holding your photo ID next to your face.
