To add the security authenticator device on the client portal, follow these steps:

1. Access security management:
   Go to the “verification” tab in the top right corner of your client portal and select “security management”.
   
   
2. Enable the authenticator app:
   Click on the “enable” button in the security authenticator app section.
   
   
3. Verify by email:
   Click the “send code” button. Check your registered email for a verification code and enter it in the provided field.
   
   
4. Install an authenticator app:
   Download Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). If these apps are not available in your store, you can:
   
   **Download WeChat and search for Google Authenticator within WeChat’s mini program interface. Mini programs are small applications that run within WeChat, allowing you to access Google Authenticator directly from there.
   
   
5. Scan the QR Code:
   Use the authenticator app to scan the QR code displayed on your screen.
   
   
6. Enter the one-time passcode (OTP):
   The authenticator app will generate an OTP. Enter this code promptly, as it is valid for only 30 seconds.
   
   
7. Complete the setup:
   Once the OTP is verified, the security authenticator will be successfully added to your account. With the authenticator app enabled, you can now perform cryptocurrency and e-wallet withdrawals, as well as use security authentication for login.

To add the security authenticator device on the Vantage app, follow these steps:

1. Tap on the profile tab.
   
   
2. Select account and security.
   
   
3. Choose two-factor authentication (2FA).
   
   
4. Tap on enable.
   
   
5. Link the authenticator by following the instructions and tap next to continue.
   
   
6. Enter your password and the authenticator code to complete the setup.
