To add the Security Authenticator device, follow these steps:

Access Security Management:

Go to the “Verification” tab in the top right corner of your Client Portal and select “Security Management.”

Click on the “Enable” button in the Security Authenticator App section.

Click the “Send Code” button. Check your registered email for a verification code and enter it in the provided field.

Install an Authenticator App:

Download Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). If these apps are not available in your store, you can:

**Download WeChat and search for Google Authenticator within WeChat’s mini program interface. Mini programs are small applications that run within WeChat, allowing you to access Google Authenticator directly from there.

Scan the QR Code:
