How to update your registered Email Address in the Client Portal?
If you have access to the registered email address, here’s how you can update your email address:
1. Log in to the Client Portal
2. Once logged in, locate the “Verification” tab in the top right corner of the portal.
3. Under the “Verification” tab, choose the “Security Management” option.
4. In the Security Management area, look for the section labeled "Email Address."
5. To change your email address, click on the “Modify” button next to the Email Address section.
