How can I close my entire profile account from the client portal?
It is important to note that, due to compliance policy, we cannot delete a live trading account. However, we can assist clients with closing their entire profile accounts. To close your Vantage profile account, please send us an email confirmation from your registered email address. This helps us verify your identity for security and compliance purposes and allows us to process your request. Please follow the steps below before sending your request to support@vantagemarkets.com to facilitate the account closure.
- Close all the open or pending trades.
- Log in to the client portal.
- Request to withdraw any remaining funds
- Once there are no funds left in the account, it will be archived automatically by the system if the account is inactive for 90 days.
Alternatively, if you wish to permanently close your profile with Vantage, you will need to complete the account closure form.
