How do I update my password for the client portal or Vantage app?
If you need to change your client portal password, you can do so easily either through a browser on your computer or via the Vantage app on your mobile device.
On the client portal (browser)
Step 1: Log in to the client portal.
Step 2: Click on "profile" in the menu.
Step 3: Select "security management".
Step 4: Click the "modify" button in the password section.
Step 5: Tap "send code" to receive a verification code at your registered email address.
Step 6: Enter the verification code you received.
Step 7: Input your current password, new password, and confirm the new password.
On the Vantage app
Step 1: Tap on the profile tab.
Step 2: Select account and security.
Step 3: Select change log in password.
Step 4: Confirm your phone number and tap send OTP to receive a 6-digit SMS verification code.
Step 5: Enter your new password and tap OK to proceed.
