How do I update my password for the Client Portal or Vantage App?
If you need to change your Client Portal password, you can do so easily either through a browser on your computer or via the Vantage App on your mobile device.
On the Client Portal (Browser)
Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal.
Step 2: Click on "Profile" in the menu.
Step 3: Select "Security Management".
Step 4: Click the "Modify" button in the password section.
Step 5: Tap "Send Code" to receive a verification code at your registered email address.
Step 6: Enter the verification code you received.
Step 7: Input your current password, new password, and confirm the new password.
On the Vantage App
Step 1: Tap on the Profile tab
Step 2: Select Account and Security
Step 3: Select Change Log In Password
Step 4: Confirm your phone number and tap Send Code to receive a 6-digit SMS verification code
Step 5: Enter your new password and tap OK to proceed
Password Requirements:
- Must be at least 8 characters long.
- Must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $, etc.).
