How do I reset my Client Portal or Vantage APP password?
Forgot Your Password? Here's how to reset it through the client portal:
1. Click "Forgot Password?" on the client portal login page.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
To reset your password for the Client Portal using the Vantage App:
1. Tap on Forgot Password.
2. Key in your Phone Number and receive OTP via SMS or WhatsApp.
3. Key in a new password and tap on Reset to complete.
Password Requirements:
- Must be at least 8 characters long.
- Must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $, etc.).
