How can I resolve a negative balance?
To remove the negative balance and reset your account to a neutral status, please follow these steps within the client portal:
1. Log in to the client portal.
2. Navigate to the live accounts page.
3. Click on the gear icon and select "reset negative balance"
4. Click "reset" under the "reset negative balance" section for the nominated account.
Requests to restore a negative balance will undergo a risk assessment and require approval individually, and not all cases may qualify for protection.
