How can I transfer funds with the same base currencies?
You can easily transfer funds between your trading accounts in the same base currency using either the Client Portal or the Vantage App. Follow the steps below to complete your transfer:
On the Client Portal
1. Log in to your Client Portal
2. Navigate to the Funds section and click on Transfer Between Accounts.
3. Choose the account you want to transfer funds from under the From dropdown.
4. Select the account you wish to transfer funds to.
5. Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
6. Click Submit.
On the Vantage App
1. Tap on the Profile tab.
2. Tap on Transfer.
3. Select the trading accounts you wish to transfer from and to.
4. Enter your transfer amount.
5. Tap on the Arrow button to proceed.
6. Set your security code by entering your country code and phone number.
7. Tap Send Code to receive a 6-digit SMS Verification Code and key it in accordingly.
If this is your first time making a transfer, please set your 16-digit Security Code and tap OK to proceed.
There are no fees for transferring funds between your trading accounts denominated in the same currency.
