How can I withdraw funds if the card used for the deposit is no longer available or has expired?
As per our withdrawal policy and AML regulations, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If your original payment method is unavailable, you can withdraw to an alternative method listed in the Client Portal, as long as it is in the same name as your trading account. You may need to archive your unused credit card before proceeding with the withdrawal.
