1. On the withdrawal page, insert the withdrawal amount and select the card you wish to archive.

2. Upload an official bank letter or email stating that the card is no longer available, along with a bank statement showing transactions made with the card.

3. Confirm and "Submit."

Once your card details are archived, you can proceed to submit withdrawal requests using other payment methods. Our relevant department will review your request accordingly.
